Het NBM Winschoten had toendertijd geen toervergunning, de SVA had wel een beperkt aantal vergunningsritten. In goed overleg kon het NBM gebruikmaken van de SVA vergunning. Destijds moest de naam van de vergunninghouder achter op de bus vermeld zijn.
