RFTC TOWN SERVICE, ZONE 4 (BLUE), RWANDA
In August 2013 the new bus system in Kigali was inaugurated. The Rwanda Federation of Transport Cooperatives won zones 3 and 4 on a five year concession. Zone 4 (400-series routes) is operated with buses in a white livery with blue stripes. From the start this concession was opeated with Toyota Hiace and Toyota Coaster. Initially there were mainly old Hiace but later most of these were replaced by news Toyota Coaster.currently only Toyota Coaster and Toyota Hiace are in service.
