Uit de HTM serie 381-400 uit 1981 gingen 5 bussen naar Casablanca. De 3110, 3111 en 3113 (ex 387, 386 en 388) in 1991, de 3126 en 3160 (ex 391, 399) in 1993. Deze bussen zijn volledig gelijk aan de andere CSA I standaard stadsbussen uit die tijd. Agadir en Meknes kregen ook bussen uit deze serie. Bus 3110 kreeg in Casablanca een gedeeltelijk nieuw front, zoals op de onderste foto te zien is.

Five buses of the HTM, the Hague, series 381-400 were sold to Casablanca. The 3110, 3111 and 3113 (ex 387, 386 and 388) in 1991, the 3126 and 3160 (ex 391, 399) in 1993. These buses were fully identical to other first generation standard city buses of the period. Agadir and Meknes also received buses of this series. Casablanca 3110 received a partial new front end, as can be seen on the lowermost picture.
